I am SO happy to announce that I am now teaching Yoga Body Breathing classes / AKA - Breath work, The Science of Stretching classes, and The Yoga Trapeze!
Breathing can increase your energy, boost your digestion, and help your body cope with stress better and actually feel less stressed! Breathing can change the pH level of your blood in just 2 minutes!
For the Breathing Classes, I offer private classes as well as group workshops. We meet for 4 weeks in a row and there's 15 minutes of homework per day. Don't worry, they're videos teaching 3 different breathing techniques and you do one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in bed before you go to sleep to help you sleep! Easy homework that benefits you and your life!
The Science of Stretching (group and private classes) and the Yoga Trapeze Classes (currently private only) are grouped into 4, 8, or 12 weeks. We meet for a one hour class per week, and again, you have 15 minutes per day of homework during the week!
