Modalities:
Reiki $100
Reiki is a "laying on of hands" technique for activating, restoring, and amplifying the life force within. Used for relaxation, stress reduction, and helps to promote healing. This is a 30 minute session and sound healing is added.
Cranio~Sacral Therapy $100
Cranio~Sacral Therapy offers relaxation with a gentle touch. The cerebrospinal fluid is "manipulated" to flow stronger and more freely. Among others, the cerebrospinal fluid acts as a protector. This gentle manipulation of the cranium and sacrum results in greater mobility, balance, and relaxation.
Swedish $100
The Swedish massage is the most known type of massage. Massage techniques relax muscles and help to calm the nerves. Improves circulation, helps to flush toxins, and promotes relaxation.
Reflexology $100
Reflexology uses points on the feet and hands to stimulate other areas of the body. Reflexology stimulates lymphatic movement and triggers the release of endorphins. Finish with a neck and scalp massage.
Deep Tissue/Connective Bodywork $125
Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT)is a Deep Tissue Massage and incorporates Myofascial Release (MFR) and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). CTT/MFR affects the fascia, or connective tissue, that encompasses everything in the body. Slow, constant, deep pressure allows the fascia to unwind and results in greater relaxation. NMT uses trigger points.
Myofascial Release $150
Myofascial Release affects the fascia to the cellular level. Through slow, constant, and gentle pressure, traction, and other techniques, the fascial system responds with consistent positive results. MFR is widely becoming know as the most effective form of therapy. Please wear bathing suit or comfortable clothing for treatment. Please see Myofascial Release page for more information!

Hawaiian LomiLomi $155
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is the ancient art of healing practiced by the Kahunas ~ the healers. The practitioner of this intuitive massage incorporates prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with the motion of the hula dance. This is the ultimate full body massage and will make you feel as if you are floating and being nurtured by the ocean waves.
Hahana Pohaku (Hot Stone) $175
Hahana Pohaku (Hot Stone) is the perfect choice for a first time massage. Hot basalt stones are placed over the body and used to massage. This ancient form of healing relaxes the body at it’s deepest level.
Structural Integration $225 per session
